If you would like to exchange or refund any item that was purchased instore or online, you can do so. You would need to send us an email at

For this process to be successful you will need to return the product within 14 working days of purchase. Please note that when returning products, they need to be in an unused and in reasonable condition from when they were purchased.

If you want to come into our store and do the return with product, you will need to bring proof of payment i.e., your till / Cash Slip.

If you have bought a product online on our website, you need to send us your proof of payment with your order reference as well as a list of the items that were purchased.

It will take 7-10 working day to process the refund or exchange to ensure that everything is done in the correct manner and all parties are happy.


Due, to health reasons because of COVID-19 we will not do any exchanges or returns on the following items, The Reusable menstrual Pads and Cups, Face Shields, Tool Belts, both Car and SUV organisers, and Car Dustbins.
